Albras earns GPTW certification for the second consecutive year and appears in national and regional rankings

Recognition reinforces the welcoming environment and people-centered policies at the country’s largest primary aluminum producer.
Albras, a joint venture between Hydro and NAAC – Nippon Amazon Aluminium Co. Ltd., has earned certification from the international consultancy GPTW (Great Place To Work) for the second consecutive year. The recognition highlights the best companies to work for in Brazil. In this edition, the company was featured in the national ranking, securing the 35th position among the 50 largest companies in the country, in addition to achieving 5th place in the North regional ranking.
The certification is granted based on a survey conducted with employees and evaluates several aspects of the organizational climate, such as trust in the company’s leadership, pride, innovation, and workplace environment.
As the largest producer of primary aluminum in Brazil, located in Barcarena, Pará, Albras once again stands out in areas such as employee benefits, leadership behavior, employee pride, and strong interpersonal relations.
